CHAP. 382.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to John M. Porter. February 4, 1905.[[H. R. 14489](/us/bill/58/hr/14489).][[Private, No. 340](/us/pvtl/58/340).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theJohn M. Porter.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John M.
Porter, late second lieutenant and captain Company A, Thirty-sixth Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 4, 1905.
