CHAP. 381.— An Act Granting a pension to Matilda Lafferty. February 26, 1904.[[H. R. 8728](/us/bill/58/hr/8728).][[Private, No. 349](/us/pvtl/58/349).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House ofRepresentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Matilda Lafferty.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 1373pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Matilda Lafferty, widow of Edward Lafferty, late captain Company E, One hundred and forty-ninth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month.
