CHAP. 378.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Charles Johnson. February 26, 1904.[[H. R. 8207](/us/bill/58/hr/8207).][[Private, No. 346](/us/pvtl/58/346).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Charles Johnson.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Charles Johnson, late of Company G, One hundred and tenth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and Company E, Fourth Regiment Delaware Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is nowT receiving.
