CHAP. 374.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Andrew Black. February 26, 1904.[[H. R. 7798](/us/bill/58/hr/7798).][[Private, No. 342](/us/pvtl/58/342).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House ofRepresentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Andrew Black.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Andrew Black, late of the United States steamship Pittsburg, United States Navy, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 26, 1904.
