CHAP. 362.— AN ACT Granting a pension to William Hayes. February 4, 1905.[[H. R. 9824](/us/bill/58/hr/9824).][[Private, No. 320](/us/pvtl/58/320).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House ofRepresentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theWilliam Hayes. Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William Hayes, late of Company E, Fifth Regiment United States Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
