CHAP. 36.— An Act Granting a pension to Hannah Kelly. January 27, 1904.[[S. 137](/us/bill/58/s/137).][[Private, No. 27](/us/pvtl/58/27).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theHannah Kelly.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Hannah Kelly, widow of Joseph J. Kelly, late colonel of One hundred and seventh Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month. Approved, January 27, 1904.
