CHAP. 352.— AN ACT Granting an increase of pension to Francis Scott. February 4, 1905.[[H. R. 7987](/us/bill/58/hr/7987).][[Private, No. 310](/us/pvtl/58/310).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Francis Scott. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 1789pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Francis Scott, late of Company B, Twenty-third Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifty-five dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
