[[S. 652](/us/bill/58/s/652).] [[Public, No. 9](/us/pl/58/9).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That Chester, in the State of Pennsylvania, be, and is hereby, constituted a subport of entry in the customs collection district of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
