CHAP. 349.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to John Shafer. February 26, 1904.[[H. R. 6036](/us/bill/58/hr/6036).][[Private, No. 317](/us/pvtl/58/317).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the John Shafer.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1366laws, the name of John Shafer, late of Company H, One hundred and twenty-first Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry and Fortieth Company, Second Battalion, Veteran Reserve Corps, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
