CHAP. 343.— AN ACT Granting an increase of pension to Eveline V. Ferguson. February 4, 1905.[[H. R. 3822](/us/bill/58/hr/3822).][[Private, No. 301](/us/pvtl/58/301).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Eveline V. Ferguson. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1787laws, the name of Eveline V.
Ferguson, widow of William J. Ferguson, late a gunner United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of eighteen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, February 4, 1905.
