CHAP. 337.— AN ACT Granting a pension to Maria Eldred, formerly Maria Olmstead. February 4, 1905.[[H. R. 5123](/us/bill/58/hr/5123).][[Private, No. 295](/us/pvtl/58/295).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of Américain Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theMaria Eldred, formerly Maria Olmstead. Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Maria Eldred, formerly Maria Olmstead, late nurse, Medical Department, United States Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
