CHAP. 331.— AN ACT Granting a pension to Annie Young. February 4, 1905.[[H. R. 4627](/us/bill/58/hr/4627).][[Private, No. 289](/us/pvtl/58/289).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Annie Young. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Annie Young, widow of Jacob Young, late of Company H, Thirty-eighth Regiment New Jersey Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, February 4, 1905.
