R. 5528](/us/bill/58/hr/5528).][[Private, No. 299](/us/pvtl/58/299).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Maria Lindhorst.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Maria Lindhorst, widow of George H.
Lindhorst, 1362late of Company I, Third Regiment United States Reserve Corps Missouri Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of To cease if soldier be living.eight dollars per month, such pension to cease upon proof that the soldier is still living. Approved, February 26, 1904.
