CHAP. 329.— An Act Granting a pension to Mariah Kuechler. February 26, 1904.[[H. R. 5372](/us/bill/58/hr/5372).][[Private, No. 297](/us/pvtl/58/297).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States. of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Mariah Kuechler.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mariah Kuechler, late nurse, Medical Department, United States Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
