CHAP. 328.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Sarah E. Wheeler. February 26, 1904.[[H. R. 5299](/us/bill/58/hr/5299).][[Private, No. 296](/us/pvtl/58/296).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Sarah E. Wheeler.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Sarah E.
Wheeler, widow of Elijah H. Wheeler, late of Company G, Forty-third Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, Company G, Thirty-seventh Regiment, and first lieutenant Company I, Thirty-sixth Regiment United States Colored Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving, and two dollars per month additional on account of each of the minor children of said Elijah H. Wheeler until they reach the age of sixteen years.
