CHAP. 315.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mary Wurtz. February 26, 1904.[[H. R. 4323](/us/bill/58/hr/4323).][[Private, No. 283](/us/pvtl/58/283).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Mary Wurtz.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary Wurtz, widow of Peter Wurtz, late of Company A, One hundred and twentieth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
