CHAP. 312.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Hester E. Mooney. February 26, 1904.[[H. R. 3815](/us/bill//hr/).][[Private, No. 280](/us/pvtl/58/280).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Hester E. Mooney.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Hester E.
Mooney, widow of James J. Mooney, late lieutenant-colonel Forty-second Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, February 26, 1904.
