CHAP. 31.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Elise Habercom. January 6, 1905.[[S. 2414](/us/bill/58/s/2414).][[Private, No. 26](/us/pvtl/58/26).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Elise Habercom.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 1725pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elise Habercom, widow of Ludwig AV.
Habercom, late of Company A, One hundred and ninety-eighth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, January 6, 1905.
