CHAP. 299.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Elizabeth Hardy. February 26, 1904.[[H. R. 3272](/us/bill/58/hr/3272).][[Private, No. 267](/us/pvtl/58/267).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Elizabeth Hardy.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth Hardy, widow of David L.
Hardy, late captain Company M, First Regiment Colorado Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, February 26, 1904.
