CHAP. 294.— AN ACT For the relief of the executors of the estate of Henry Lee, deceased. February 2, 1905.[[H. R. 6375](/us/bill/58/hr/6375).][[Private, No. 256](/us/pvtl/58/256).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House ofRepresentatives of the United States ofAmerica in Congress assembled*, Henry Lee. Payment to executors of. That there be paid, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the executors of the estate of Henry Lee, late a merchant in the city of Boston, in the State of Massachusetts, the sum of three thousand seven hundred and fifty dollars, being an excess of taxes improperly levied and collected on legacies and distributive shares of the personal property of the said estate, which tax was paid by the executors on March fifteenth, eighteen hundred and ninety-nine; said payment to be in full for all claims by reason of such assessment and collection.
