CHAP. 29.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Levi Roberts. January 23, 1904.[[S. 1984](/us/bill/58/s/1984).][[Private, No. 22](/us/pvtl/58/22).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Levi Roberts.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Levi Roberts, late of Company H, Fiftieth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, January 23, 1904.
