CHAP. 279.— An Act To extend the time for the completion of a bridge across the Missouri River at Yankton, South Dakota. January 27, 1905.[[S. 5798](/us/bill/33/s/5798).][[Public, No. 28](/us/pl/33/28).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That section six of the ActMissouri River.Time extended for bridging, by Yankton, Norfolk and Southern Rail way Company, Yankton, S. Dak.Public Laws 2d sess., p. 62. amended. unproved March ninth, nineteen hundred and four, authorizing the Yankton, Norfolk and Southern Railway Company to construct a combined railroad, wagon, and foot passenger bridge across the Missouri River at or near the city of Yankton, South Dakota, be, and is hereby, amended by extending the time for commencing the construction of said bridge to March ninth, nineteen hundred and six, and by extending the time for completing said bridge to March ninth, nineteen hundred and eight.
