CHAP. 269.— AN ACT Granting an increase of pension to Sallie B. Weber. January 25, 1905.[[S. 5758](/us/bill/58/s/5758).][[Private, No. 244](/us/pvtl/58/244).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House ofRepresentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theSallie B. Weber. Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Sallie B.
Weber, widow of Charles G. Weber, late first lieutenant Company A, Santa Fe Battalion, Mounted Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, January 25, 1905.
