CHAP. 265.— AN ACT Granting an increase of pension to James Riordan. January 25, 1905.[[S. 5743](/us/bill/58/s/5743).][[Private, No. 240](/us/pvtl/58/240).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives, of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, James Riordan. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1773laws, the name of James Riordan, late of Company K, Sixth Regiment Pennsylvania Reserve Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
