CHAP. 262.— An Act Granting a pension to Wilhelmina Miller. February 26, 1904.[[H. R. 134](/us/bill/58/hr/134).][[Private, No. 230](/us/pvtl/58/230).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Wilhelmina Miller.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Wilhelmina Miller, widow of Erhardt Miller, late of artillery company, Sixty-fifth Regiment New York Volunteer Militia, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, February 26, 1904.
