CHAP. 261.— An Act To amend the Act entitled "An Act granting a pension to Flora Stanton Kalk," approved February twenty-fifth, eighteen hundred and ninety-nine. February 26, 1904.[[S. 3400](/us/bill/58/s/3400).][[Private, No. 229](/us/pvtl/58/229).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Flora Stanton Kalk.Vol. 30. p. 1525, amended. the Act entitled “An Act granting a pension to Flora Stanton Kalk,” approved February twenty-fifth, eighteen hundred and ninety-nine, be, and the same is Pension.hereby, amended so as to read as follows:
That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Flora Stanton Kalk, widow of First Lieutenant Frank Green Kalk, late of the Fifth United States Infantry, and pay Allowance for minor children.her a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month, and two dollars per month additional on account of each of the minor children of said Frank Green Kalk until they reach the age of sixteen years.
