CHAP. 26.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Nelson Wells. January 6, 1905.[[S. 216](/us/bill/58/s/216).][[Private, No. 21](/us/pvtl/58/21).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the Nelson Wells.Pension increased.pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Nelson Wells, late of Company M, Second Regiment Iowa Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, January 6, 1905.
