CHAP. 254.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Delia B. Stuart. February 26, 1904.[[S. 2858](/us/bill/58/s/2858).][[Private, No. 222](/us/pvtl/58/222).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Delia B. Stuart.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, 1the name of Delia B.
Stuart, widow of John Stuart, late of Battery H, Second Regiment United States Artillery, and Company A, Twelfth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, February 26, 1904.
