CHAP. 246.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Albert Marshall. February 26, 1904.[[S. 2577](/us/bill/58/s/2577).][[Private, No. 214](/us/pvtl/58/214).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Albert Marshall.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1343laws, the name of Albert Marshall, late of Company G, Fifteenth Regiment Maine Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
