CHAP. 243.— An Act Granting a pension to James Graham. February 26, 1904.[[S. 2559](/us/bill/58/s/2559).][[Private, No. 211](/us/pvtl/58/211).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, James Graham.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James Graham, late captain Company C, First Regiment Idaho Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of seventy-two dollars per month. Approved, February 26, 1904.
