CHAP. 239.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Emma McFarland. February 26, 1904.[[S. 2548](/us/bill/58/s/2548).][[Private, No. 207](/us/pvtl/58/207).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Emma McFarland.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Emma McFarland, widow of Edmund McFarland, late of United States ship Supply, United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
