CHAP. 229.— An Act Granting a pension to Marit Johnson. February 26, 1904.[[S. 2418](/us/bill/58/s/2418).][[Private, No. 197](/us/pvtl/58/197).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Marit Johnson.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Marit Johnson, dependent mother of John E. John-son, late of Company G, Thirteenth Regiment Minnesota Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 26, 1904.
