CHAP. 2143.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Symphorosa Bartley. April 28, 1904.[[H. R. 14747](/us/bill/58/hr/14747).][[Private, No. 1879](/us/pvtl/58/1879).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Symphorosa Bartley.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 1715pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Symphorosa Bartley, widow of Milton Bartley, late of Lieutenant Denman’s detachment of United States mounted riflemen, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
