CHAP. 2140.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Caroline McGimsey. April 28, 1904.[[H. R. 14640](/us/bill/58/hr/14640).][[Private, No. 1876](/us/pvtl/58/1876).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Caroline McGimsey.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Caroline McGimsey, widow of Francis M.
McGimsey, late of Company H, One hundred and fifty-first Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, April 28, 1904.
