CHAP. 2134.— An Act Granting a pension to Augustus Finley, now known as Davis. April 28, 1904.[[H. R. 14630](/us/bill/58/hr/14630).][[Private, No. 1870](/us/pvtl/58/1870).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Augustus Finley, now Davis.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1713laws, the name of Augustus Finley, now known as Davis, late of Company I, One hundred and thirty-sixth Regiment United States Colored Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
