CHAP. 213.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Thomas H. Walker. January 25, 1905.[[S. 4395](/us/bill/58/s/4395).][[Private, No. 188](/us/pvtl/58/188).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theThomas H. Walker.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Thomas H.
Walker, late second lieutenant Company K, Fifth Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving, the same to be paid to him under the rules of the Pension Bureau as to mode and times of payment, without anyNo rebate, etc. deduction or rebate on account of former alleged overpayments or erroneous payments of pension.
