CHAP. 2126.— An Act Granting a pension to Jennie A. Brown. April 28, 1904.[[H. R. 14524](/us/bill/58/hr/14524).][[Private, No. 1862](/us/pvtl/58/1862).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Jennie A. Brown.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jennie A. Brown, widow of James M. Brown, late of Company I, One hundred and fortieth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, April 28, 1904.
