CHAP. 2098.— An Act Granting a pension to Emanuel Peck. April 28, 1904.[[H. R. 13404](/us/bill/58/hr/13404).][[Private, No. 1834](/us/pvtl/58/1834).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Emanuel Peck.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1705laws, the name of Emanuel Peck, late of Company F, Fourth Regiment Pennsylvania Reserve Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 28, 1904.
