CHAP. 2072.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Nancy Smallwood. April 28, 1904.[[H. R. 10851](/us/bill/58/hr/10851).][[Private, No. 1808](/us/pvtl/58/1808).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Nancy Smallwood.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Nancy Smallwood, widow of James B.
Smallwood, late of Company A, Seventh Regiment and first lieutenant Company I, Forty-seventh Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving: *Provided*, That in the event of the death of Margaret *Proviso*.Increase to cease on death of child.Smallwood, helpless and dependent daughter of said James B. Small wood, the additional pension herein granted shall cease and determine. Approved, April 28, 1904.
