CHAP. 2071.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Heinrich Erbstoeser. April 28, 1904.[[H. R. 10846](/us/bill/58/hr/10846).][[Private, No. 1807](/us/pvtl/58/1807).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Heinrich Erbstoeser.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1699laws, the name of Heinrich Erbstoeser, late of Company A, Sixth Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
