CHAP. 207.— An Act Granting a pension to William Rufus Kelly. January 25, 1905.[[S. 4199](/us/bill/s/s/4199).][[Private, No. 182](/us/pvtl/58/182).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theWilliam Rufus Kelly.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William Rufus Kelly, late medical cadet and acting assistant surgeon, United States Army, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
