CHAP. 2062.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to George Smith. April 28, 1904.[[H. R. 9477](/us/bill/58/hr/9477).][[Private, No. 1798](/us/pvtl/58/1798).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, George Smith.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1697laws, the name of George Smith, late of Company H, Fourth Regiment United States Artillery, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
