CHAP. 2061.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mary Leffler. April 28, 1904.[[H. R. 9394](/us/bill/58/hr/9394).][[Private, No. 1797](/us/pvtl/58/1797).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives, of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Mary Leffler.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary Leffler, widow of John Leffler, late of Company B, Fifteenth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving, and two dollars per month additional on account of the minor child of said John Leffler until he reaches the age of sixteen years.
