CHAP. 2054.— An Act Granting a pension to Emma A. Webster. April 28, 1904.[[H. R. 7497](/us/bill/58/hr/7497).][[Private, No. 1790](/us/pvtl/58/1790).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Emma A. Webster.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Emma A. Webster, widow of Israel B. Webster, late captain Company I, Tenth Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 28, 1904.
