CHAP. 2040.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to John McConnell. April 28, 1904.[[H. R. 5309](/us/bill/58/hr/5309).][[Private, No. 1776](/us/pvtl/58/1776).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, John McConnell.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John McConnell, late of Captain D.
D. Henrie’s company, D, District of Columbia and Maryland Volunteer Infantry, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 28, 1904.
