CHAP. 2010.— An Act For relief of Adolph Weinhold. April 28, 1904.[[H. R. 13218](/us/bill/58/hr/13218).][[Private, No. 1746](/us/pvtl/58/1746).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Adolph Weinhold.Real estate purchased by released from alien forfeiture. That the forfeiture which may have attached to lot fifteen in block four in A. E. Randle’s subdivision of land in the District of Columbia, known as “Kosciusko place,” now called “Congress Heights,” as per plat recorded in liber numbered seven, at folio eighty-eight, in the office of the surveyor for Vol. 24, p. 476.the District of Columbia, in virtue of the Act of Congress approved March third, eighteen hundred and eighty-seven, and sections three hundred and ninety-six and three hundred and ninety-eight of the Vol. 31, p. 1252.Code of Law for the District of Columbia, by reason of the fact that Adolph Weinhold was an alien when he obtained a deed to the above-described real estate, dated July eleventh and recorded October sixteenth, eighteen hundred and ninety-three, in liber numbered eighteen hundred and fifty-one, folio four hundred and sixty-seven, et sequentes, one of the land records of the District of Columbia, be, and the same is hereby, remitted, and all right, title, and interest of the United States of America in and to the above-described real estate which may have been forfeited to the United States of America by reason of said Adolph Weinhold being an alien before June fourteenth, eighteen hundred and ninety-eight, be, and the same is hereby, vested in the said Adolph Weinhold, his heirs and assigns.
