CHAP. 2004.— An Act For the relief of Alexander S. Rosenthal. April 28, 1904.[[H. R. 9457](/us/bill/58/hr/9457).][[Private, No. 1740](/us/pvtl/58/1740).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Alexanders Rosenthal.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Alexander S. Rosenthal, late consul of the United States at Leghorn, Italy, the sum of eight hundred and nineteen dollars and eleven cents, to reimburse him for moneys expended by him in procuring the disinfection of articles of merchandise shipped from the port of Leghorn, Italy, to the United States during the prevalence of cholora, in the year eighteen hundred and ninety-three.
