CHAP. 2001.— An Act For the relief of Jacob Swigert, late deputy collector, seventh Kentucky district. April 28, 1904.[[H. R. 7535](/us/bill/58/hr/7535).][[Private, No. 1737](/us/pvtl/58/1737).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Jacob Swigert.Payment to.Treasury be, and he is hereby, directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of two hundred dollars to Jacob Swigert, late deputy collector, seventh district of Kentucky, the said sum of money being payment in full to said Jacob Swigert on account of loss of twenty ten-dollar documentary stamps during the month of January, eighteen hundred and ninety-nine.
