CHAP. 20.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Lucretia Ritchhart. January 23, 1904.[[S. 1704](/us/bill/58/s/1704).][[Private, No. 13](/us/pvtl/58/13).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Lucretia Ritchhart.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lucretia Ritchhart, widow of John Ritchhart, late musician Fourth Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is *Proviso.*Increase to cease on death of child.now receiving: *Provided*, That in the event of the death of Hattie Ritchhart, the helpless and dependent child of said John Ritchhart, the additional pension herein granted on account of said child shall cease and determine.
