CHAP. 2.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Thomas Howard. December 19, 1904.[[S. 2745](/us/bill/58/s/2745).][[Private, No. 2](/us/pvtl/58/2).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Thomas Howard.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Thomas Howard, late of Company G, Fifth Regiment Maryland Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
